Nottingham Business School requires a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Marketing to teach on a range of programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including our MSc Marketing suite of programmes (Marketing, Retail Marketing, Advertising and Communications, Customer Management), BA Business Management & Marketing and BA Marketing, Design & Communication.
Qualified to graduate level, you will have a doctorate or be working towards obtaining one (or equivalent). You will also have experience of teaching and research in Marketing, as well as relevant commercial experience.
You will be required to contribute to a range of specialist Marketing modules and should be able to offer one or more of the following Marketing specialisms: Services Marketing, Retail Marketing, Marketing Planning & Strategy, Relationship Marketing, Marketing Communications, Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Research, Consumer Marketing or Industrial (B2B) Marketing. An up-to-date knowledge of Marketing, and the broader contemporary debates in this subject, is essential.
You will be part of the Marketing division and will be expected to contribute to the effective management and running of marketing programmes across the Business School. You will also contribute to the developing research profile of the team through active involvement in a variety of research and research-related activities.
