The School of Architecture, Land and Environmental Sciences announces one (1) adacemic position at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor in the field of study of Real Estate.
The School of Architecture, Land and Environmental Sciences at Neapolis University Pafos is an interdisciplinary school committed to encouraging productive and creative relationships between the disciplines of Architecture, Real Estate and Construction.
The School is seeking an Associate Professor or Professor to teach in both the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Real Estate. Successful candidates must be able to teach in both Greek and English. Furthermore, preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate strong interest, experience in teaching and/or research in the areas of quantitative analysis for real estate, real estate finance/investment and/or environmentally sensitive and sustainable Real Estate development.
For the post of the Associate Professor, candidates should have a Ph.D. in Real Estate and at least three years of teaching or research experience at a University. Candidates for this post should have a good record of research and teaching.
For the post of Professor, candidates should have a Ph.D. in Real Estate or a relevant area and at least 6-10 years of teaching or research experience at a University. Candidates should also have significant teaching experience, as well as a strong record of research and publications in the area of Real Estate.
An internationally competitive remuneration package is offered according to qualifications and experience.
